3) quit playing games (with my heart) (1997) it would be easy for a song like this to descend into a sappy puddle, but the artistry behind the earnest, pleading vocals hooks listeners. it's #2 peak ranks as the group's top performance on the pop singles chart.
4) incomplete (2005) after a 5 year layoff, the first single from the album never gone leans uncharacteristically toward the territory of rock ballads. the group lost none of their vocal skill and, consistent with their own personal development, this is a strong adult-sounding power ballad.
